What is my minimum order?

"CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Style Crab Cake CO. has no minimum order requirements. We are honored to have the opportunity to create new relationships. We consider you our partner. Your success secures our success. Order a single unit, whether it be a 4 lb. crab cake mix, a 24 count 4oz. cooked crab cake patty or a box of 100 count .6oz. Hors d'oeuvres. Although our minimum requirements are low, if your business is not on a regularly scheduled route, we will ship by common carrier and pass on the shipping costs. The product will be sold to you at the same low price.
What is the method of payment?

"CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Style Crab Cake Co. accepts payment with approved credit terms or C.O.D. by cash, company check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

What are the credit Terms?

"CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Style Crab Cake Co. offers credit terms with an approved credit application. Opening orders will be billed on a 14 day cycle period secured with a validated credit card. Credit card will not be charged unless requested or term limits exceeded. TERM- will be extended to 30 days after a 3 month payment history has been established.
How do I get credit?

Credit applications are available through a "CRABBY PETE'S" representative or maybe printed from our website and faxed back to us. You will be notified by one of our representatives of your credit approval.
How do I access the recipe folder?

The recipe folder is designed and continuously updated with new and exciting recipes to help you our valued customer maximize on the versatility and profit ability of "CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Crab Cakes. We welcome an exchange of ideas from chefs, managers, owners, and colleagues through our recipe blog. We look forward to comments and menu ideas you may come across using "CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Style Crab Cake products. With every new recipe or idea you submit, you will accumulate points that will translate into free "CRABBY PETE'S" product or gift certificate.
Access the recipe folder through the recipe file icon.

First, enter your user name. The user name is the name of your company or business as it appears on your invoice. Second, enter your password. Your password is the customer number you are assigned which also appears on your invoice. Access to the recipe folder is available only to current and existing customers. Access may be denied if a customer has not placed an order within a reasonable period, based on the quantity of an order or history of usage.
What is the return policy?

"CRABBY PETE'S- Maryland Style Crab Cake Co. stands behind the integrity of its products and satisfaction of its customers. Any of our products not meeting the standards set by "CRABBY PETE'S" LLC will be replaced as long as the product had been properly handled with correct handling procedures.
What are the proper handling procedures?

"CRABBY PETE'S"-Maryland Style Crab Cake products are delivered frozen. Our products are prepared and flash frozen to guarantee the absents of any harmful bacteria that may exist in seafood.
WHAT ARE MY COOKING & PREPARATION METHODS?

4 lb BULK MARYLAND STYLE CRAB CAKE MIX

As a frozen product, the 41b package needs to be defrosted in a refrigerator from 18 to 24 hours. The time difference is based on refrigerator temperature and shelf placement. The mix can be portioned to any size. Allow formed patties to set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before deep frying or baking. In the oven- As a crab cake, place on a baking sheet and cook in a 425F preheated oven for 15 minutes or an internal temperature of 160degreesF. As a stuffing, crabmeat should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. (Adding other ingredients to the crab mixture will alter the flavor, cooking time & temperature) In the fryer - As a 4oz. Crab cake, place in a 350 degrees F for 5 'A minutes and golden brown in color.

4 oz. COOKED, HEAT & SERVE

This cooked product is oven able & microwave able directly from the freezer. In the microwave - Place frozen on a microwave able container at high heat for 3 minutes. In the oven - Place crab cake on a baking sheet in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for 9 minutes

6 oz. HORS D'OEUVRES

This product is uncooked & .frozen. This frozen mini crab cake should be removed from the tray onto a baking sheet and defrosted in the refrigerator for approximately 6 minutes. There may be a slight deviation in defrosting time based on the temperature of the refrigeration and the shelf placement. In the fryer - Place the mini crab cakes in a 350 degrees F fryer for 1 minute or until golden brown. In the oven - Place in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. As a stuffing - "CRABBY PETES" crab mix should reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees F
